Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Kalamazoo MI
Hours: 15–27 hours/week, some Saturdays required
Greet clients and their furry companions with a smile
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s front desk
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with compassion
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Process payments and assist with invoices
Support the veterinary team in delivering top-tier care
What We’re Looking For:Prior experience in a customer-facing role (vet clinic or medical office a plus!)
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A love for animals and a desire to help people
