**Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Lumberton NC in their search for a part time custodian. These are temp to perm positions. If you meet the qualifications, please apply!** **Responsibilities for this custodial position includes:** + Sweeps, damp mops, and wet mops floors. May occasionally be required to spray buff, strip, or wax floors, following facility procedures. + Vacuums carpeted rooms and area rugs as applicable. + Empties trash receptacles + Cleans bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets, following facility procedures. + Cleans glass surfaces such as mirrors, pictures, and windows. + Cleans behind and underneath furnishings. + Follows infection control standards while performing cleaning. + Prevents/removes wax/dirt buildup in corners, around baseboards, and in doorways + Dust/damp cleans surfaces in offices, conference rooms, and lobby. **This a first Shift position. Working hours are from** **9AM - 2PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ( hours can vary some based on need).** + Pay for this position is $15.00/hr. plus overtime as needed.
