Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Bookkeeper in Highland Heights, Ohio. The role is based in the financial industry and will require the individual to handle various bookkeeping tasks, including managing purchase orders, account reconciliation, and maintaining detailed financial records. Responsibilities • Handle the process of purchase orders accurately and ensure they are processed through the correct channels • Accurately enter data related to payables and receivables into the system • Regularly update and maintain customer credit records • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate • Oversee expenses on corporate accounts and ensure they are booked correctly • Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks • Run AP/AR reports regularly to monitor customer accounts • Manage the month-end close process efficiently • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Demonstrable experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Comfortable with conducting Bank Reconciliations • Must be well-versed in general Bookkeeping practices • Ability to perform accurate Data Entry tasks • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Knowledge in administering Payroll is essential • Familiarity with the QuickBooks software is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
