The Part-time Admissions Recruiter will assist the Assistant Dean for Admissions in recruiting law students and admissions counselling.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinates and attends recruitment events/law school/graduate school fairs and LSAC forumsCultivates relations with pre-law advisorsVisits and holds law school information sessions at local feeder schools and organizes campus tours for students from those schoolsCoordinates all aspects of on-campus and/or virtual outreach events such as open houses, information sessions, and accepted students eventsCounsels, corresponds and meets with prospective and admitted studentsContacts and follows up Wufoo leadsAssists with initial review of assigned groups of the law school applicationsCollaborates with the marketing department in developing recruiting materialsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Education/ Experience

Bachelor’s Degree requiredJ.D. preferredCollege or Graduate admissions experience preferred

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

Communication and interpersonal skillsAccuracy and productivity in completing tasksAbility to solve problems and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a student service approach

Physical Demands

Extensive Use of ComputersExtensive time sitting and standingAble to lift up to 5 lbs.
