Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Nursing Education Department

Key Daily/Weekly Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for supporting onboarding and ongoing education for new nurses and support staff by updating weekly checklists for training sessions, ordering food, sending confirmation emails, and providing badge information. Duties may include printing and completing new hire rosters, preparing new hire folders, and updating PowerPoint presentations. Additional responsibilities involve preparing pre-made task kits, ensuring necessary supplies are available, and maintaining files, rosters, groups, schedules, and forms.

Other responsibilities may be included as needed for this role.

 

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
•Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
