This temp-to-hire role requires maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, attorneys, and staff, while ensuring the confidentiality of all client matters is strictly upheld. ...
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
- Conduct title searches and review title reports to identify any potential issues.
- Receives and places phone calls, records messages, answers routine inquiries, or directs calls to client.
- Coordinate closings, including liaising with clients, lenders, and other parties.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Research real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to support ongoing cases.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents with government agencies.
-Effectively operates office technology including computer, software programs, email, copier, scanner, dictation, etc.

- Utilizes master calendar system

Skills and Qualifications:
-Detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task
-Customer service experience
-Scheduling experience
- Associates degree or paralegal certificate; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
