Job Description Position Summary Brookfield Properties has an immediate need for a Paralegal at the corporate office in Chicago, IL. Brookfield Properties’ Legal Leasing team proactively provides legal and other consultative services in a variety of contractual matters affecting the Company's businesses and operations. The Legal Leasing group’s focus on partnering with its clients, strong commitment to quality legal representation and collegial team atmosphere, make this an outstanding place to participate in the practice of sophisticated corporate and transactional law. The Paralegal is an integral member of the Legal Leasing group working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to support in all matters of real estate, leasing, and transactional law. To be successful in this role, the Paralegal must have the poise and self-awareness to seek out help and ask questions when necessary, and the capacity to learn the skills and confidences to act independently as needed once established in the role.
