Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Research background of claims * Gather information needed to defend/pursue litigation * Respond to subpoenas and garnishments * Coordinate information collection between outside counsel and business units * Respond to insurance carrier requests * Assist in documenting and updating computer and paper files for pending claims and lawsuits * Assist with review of billing for defense of claims Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Paralegal certificate.
