Role Overview: As a Paraprofessional, you'll support students with disabilities in a structured environment, assisting with behavior management and academic goals.

 

Essential Functions:

Ensure a safe and consistent environment for studentsEnhance instructional strategies with specialized skillsSupport the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and behavior plansAssist educators in devising strategies to reinforce skills and positive behaviors

Additional Responsibilities:

Accompany and assist children throughout daily activitiesMonitor and collect data on student progressSupport students across various school settingsParticipate in training and meetings Qualifications
