The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical standards and the ability to work independently. This role involves assembling and wiring control panels according to provided schematics, ensuring high-quality and error-free products. **Responsibilities** + Maintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, IEC. + Work efficiently without direct supervision. + Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. + Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards. + Check work to ensure error-free products. + Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit to supervisor upon project completion. + Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace. + Provide all tools necessary to perform the job function. **Essential Skills** + Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. + Ability to layout and mount components. + Ability to wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with panel building, panel wiring, and control panels. + Knowledge of electrical wiring, blueprints, and electrical assembly. + Experience with machine building, mounting components, drilling, and tapping. + Occasionally assist in employee development and continuous improvement. **Why Work Here?** Our organization consistently works with large healthcare systems, ensuring a busy and stable work environment.
