Volt is immediately hiring for a Pallet Jack Operator for a local leading manufacturing company in Otay Mesa, CA - San Diego.

As a Pallet Jack Operator you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tUnload and clean trailers\r\n\tSorting, stacking material returned from stores\r\n\tLoading sorted pallets and recyclables on to vendor trailers\r\n\tPerforming all duties in a safe manner\r\n\tResponsible for sanitation of work area including dock and door pits\r\n\tKeep work area clean\r\n\tMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time Temp-to-Hire opportunity

\r\n\r\n

The ideal Candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMinimum of 18 years of age\r\n\tAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.\r\n\tAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time\r\n\tAbility to operate forklift and pallet jack\r\n\tAbility to work in outdoor work environment\r\n\tAbility to effectively communicate with company members\r\n\tAbility to comprehend and follow directions\r\n\tWilling to work any days and hours, including nights, weekends and holidays\r\n\tAbility to work safely in a fast paced warehouse environment\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-430pm; overtime available

Pay: $18 per hour

\r\n\r\n
