You'll assist in the daily paint operations and work closely with various departments to ensure the availability of critical parts. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain smooth operations and drive our success. **Key Responsibilities:** + Verify the accuracy, quality, and quantity of incoming and outgoing parts and materials. + Operate paint guns and utilize wet paint systems to complete job orders. + Prep parts for painting by cleaning, taping, scraping, sanding, and other necessary processes. + Safely dispose of chemical waste and ensure proper ventilation after paint application. + Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring proper replenishment and organization. + Safely operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other tools as needed. + Report production data accurately and promptly. + Collaborate with departments to ensure high-quality parts and materials. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Technical education is a plus). + Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting up to 40 pounds. + Computer literacy and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and within a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1+ year of experience in wet and powder paint applications. + Previous auto-body paint experience. + Strong attention to detail, initiative to learn, and a solid work ethic. **Why Join Us?** + **Competitive Pay:** $26.15/hr. + **1st Shift Hours:** 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday). + **Temp-to-Hire Position:** Start as a temporary employee with the opportunity to be hired full-time. + **Work in a Dynamic Environment:** Join a collaborative team where your contributions directly impact success. + **Growth Opportunities:** Leverage your skills in a manufacturing environment with potential for advancement. **Ready to Make an Impact?** If you're passionate about precision work, safety, and high-quality painting in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you **Pay Details:** $26.15 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
