Description

•\tAbility to spray Various types of Primer and paints

•\tAbility to spray Mold Tech Textures with various types of paint

•\tAbility to match textures to customer supplied samples

•\tAbility to match colors to Pantone or customer provided color samples

•\tAbility to add Rub-on graphics to painted parts in precise locations provided

•\tMaintain a safe work environment

•\tPromote a positive work environment

•\tKnowledgeable of mixing and blending of pigments or dyes to color match customer specifications

•\tReworking / repairing to improve the quality of the paint job

•\tUnderstanding of all applicable ISO and QMS related processes (and any changes to it), ensures their effectiveness and assists in achieving their intended results with the ability to consistently communicate this to the casting team.

•\tAbility to communicate QMS employee training as well as annually evaluating competency and recommend additional training as needed.

•\tBe knowledgeable and maintain the QMS required contributions to product or service conformity, product safety and ethical behavior.

•\tAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

NEED to come from either a manufacturing OR automotive experience. If they have only one = OK. If they have both = BETTER. Experience mixing 2 and 3 part paint: (Ex: hardners, A/B components, reducers)
