Responsibilities Include: 

Perform repair and refinishing task (to include, but not limited to the following) Painting Wallpapering Proficient in ceiling and wall textures and finishes Stucco Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures Visually inspect and diagnose finish failure problems to ensure quality appearance of guestrooms, public space and back of house facilities Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.
