Job Description About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our hotel maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our property by performing high-quality painting and finishing work throughout guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently with minimal disruption to guests, and helps ensure our hotel always looks its best. Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventive painting work in all areas of the hotel in accordance with the company and departmental standards. This includes guest rooms, common areas, and all back-of-house areas.Regular walk-through of floors to check all wall paneling and painting in guest hallways and common areas, including the "heart of house".Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms for damaged/soiled paintwork and wall coverings that are part of a structured, planned maintenance program.Participation in the shift schedule of the technical department.Participation in the completion of the weekly inventory list
