Job Summary:

As a Paint shop helper, you are helping the paint shop organization. This includes Degreasing, masking, unmasking, moving the items to blasting and painting, and final paint touch-up activities. This role is not limited only to painting operations but also includes periodic maintenance and support to the senior painters. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with supervisors & painters.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Handle equipment and tools with proper care and maintenance (1st level of maintenance) Follow the Company ESH and Quality standards. Ensure the safety of the team working around. Applies masking procedures as per company standards Help to move the items from and to the paint storage room Support in paint wastage disposal Collaborate with the team to enhance 5s and safety improvement activities. Work with Assembly people to ensure the completion of the activities in a timely manner

For This Role, You Will Need:

The Candidate should have basic knowledge of painting and blasting activities. Must be fluent in English.
