Role:

This role will be a Paid Social Account Manager, on one of the agency’s flagship clients – Lloyds Banking Group. The Account Manager will be reporting into a Paid Social Account Director and working closely with a Paid Social Activation Manager. There are three Account Executives on the account that will be reporting into the Account Manager.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal stake holder to manage the day to day implementation of Paid Social campaigns and apply strategy and tactical testing to the client’s activity to grow the account.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Account Director to ensure day to day aligns with account strategyImplementing best practice plans on Lloyds Banking Group paid social campaignsSupporting Account Director and Account manager in yearly responses to briefResponsible for all Mid Tier responses to brief and for task assignment, as well as management for the junior team members along with the Activation ManagerImplement and develop efficient standard processes to manage workload and streamline tasksExecute campaign test & learns, with the aim of feeding into the holistic learning agenda on the account and continuously improving performance

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Manager who can be the link between the Account Director + layer of the team and junior members and brings a collaborative working ethos to their team. LBG will require us to work at a fast pace and hand in hand multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. The team work as a hybrid semi integrated team with the client, so strong communication skills are a must. Experience across both brand and performance paid social campaigns is essential, and understanding of B2B activity would be ideal.

Must Have

Knowledge of Meta family of apps, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, RedditAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to engage with client and agency stakeholders, as well as proven client management experience.Be solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance for their accounts.Be strategic in planning goals for their clients as well as being able to demonstrate handling client objectives and generating insightTechnical and strategic knowledge of paid social across Brand and Performance
