Description
Seeking a capable and meticulous Digital Marketing Specialist to join our clients D2C team. As a member of our D2C team, this role provides an exceptional chance to work on exciting digital marketing strategies and have a meaningful impact on driving traffic, boosting conversions, and improving our brand's digital presence. This position reports to the D2C Digital Analytics & Marketing Manager.
Must be EST or CST located for this role
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ahrefs, Data Studio, and Google Search Console).
• Proficiency in PPC and Social Ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Hands-on GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager experience is a plus.
• Experience working in the manufacturing or e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Drupal) and HTML/CSS is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional digital marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, social media).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
