In that pursuit, our Paid Media team is actively looking for a Specialist to join our dynamic group of digital marketers. Qualified candidates must be commutable to be in the Cleveland, OH office location as it is a hybrid role.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will focus on leading campaign implementation, management and measurement within programmatic, paid search, and paid social. You also will be responsible for a high standard of optimization, keyword and audience research, continued education, and campaign management. This position will require focus on delivering error-free work, continuing to build a depth of expertise in your channels, keeping your sights set on client outcomes and making positive contributions to the paid media team and overall culture.

Responsibilities

Execute programmatic, paid search, and social activities; including campaign build, audience research, keyword research, campaign + budget estimates, campaign management + optimization, budget pacing and tracking, implementing testing strategies, conversion tracking, etc. driven from the client’s goals and the overall client strategy the entire account team is working on.Connecting paid media results and data analysis to business goals to innovate leading edge solutions for the clientConduct paid media audits understanding the best ways to optimize campaigns and overall paid media strategiesAssist in the creation and implementation of testing strategiesContribution to client strategy as it relates to paid mediaOngoing responsibility to learn and master new networks and advertising platforms, tactics and develop coordinating best practices in paid media

Requirements & Qualifications

1+ years of relevant professional paid media experience requiredQualified candidates must be commutable to be in the Cleveland, OH office location as it is a hybrid role.Experience with a combination of the following channels and platforms:Paid social: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, NextdoorProgrammatic display: Google Ads, Basis, The Trade DeskPaid search: Google Ads, Microsoft AdsIndustries with a longer buying cycle, including B2B and healthcareManagement of $1M+ annual media budgetsThird-party tools for campaign launch, management, and reportingDeveloping detailed testing plans, including A/B and multivariant testingAdvanced measurement approaches and tools, like offline conversion tracking, conversions APIs, and attribution modeling

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,600.00 - $82,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
