PURPOSE:

To remove finished product from the machines, inspect product to ensure quality specifications have been met and that all packaging requirements have been done according to production work order.

 

Starting Wage: $18.00

Shift:  Day (8am - 8pm)

Entry Level with Paid Training Provided!

Responsibilities Read work order for product specifications and any special instructions concerning packaging, special skids, cartons, cradles, banding requirements, and samplesInspects products for customer requirements and any defectsAssists in start-up and changeover of machinery or ordersPerforms all required quality checks on all orders on a regular basisAdheres to all packaging requirements per Production Work OrderCapable of entering production in JDE and printing all necessary paperwork, to include closing out last skid of order.Completes at least one Work Place Observation per month.Place customer labels on end of cartons or gaylords in a straight and neat manner. Adhere to any and all identification sheets, tally sheets, bar codes as requested by the customerFollow AIB Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S) per written procedures and practicesEnsure proper housekeeping and safety by maintaining a clean and orderly work areaMaintain paperwork in order and not inter-mixed with orders that are completed or about to run.  Qualifications Must know how to read and use a tape measure and weigh scaleAble to lift 50 poundsMust have manual dexterityAble to work in a fast-paced environment Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
