S&C is continuing to grow.  Where do you come in?  We are looking for a knowledgeable summer student to join our team as a Packer on the Afternoon Shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to gain valuable work experience.
 

Work Arrangement: Onsite Afternoon shift: Monday - Thursday; 4:00pm - 2:00am

Work Location: 90 Belfield Road, Etobicoke. M9W 1G4
 

As a Packer, you will

Use hand and power tools to assist the team with building and assembling crates to transport our products Move material using pump trucks and other devices Responsible for material handling and ensuring that we have the necessary parts and materials according to our work orders Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow organizational practices Other duties as assigned

 

Who are we looking for? Someone who 

Is currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution (diploma or degree program) Ideally has basic power tool experience; however, no prior experience is required  Has strong mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity Has good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision Able to lift up to 22 lbs.
