Job Responsibilities:

Inspect repack area to determine quality of produce and indicate produce to be repacked or removed Review packing list and follow all required food safety procedures Inspect repacking area to determine quality of produce and indicate produce to be repacked or removed Ensure workers are following repack procedures in accordance with customer & management specifications

Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold environment Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications Ability to stand long hours Must maintain a food handlers’ card OT Mandatory including some weekends
