**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are hiring for 2nd shift Packer candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for packing boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. You will work at packing stations to pack products into boxes, weigh the boxes, tape and label them, and place them on pallets for shipment. Throughout the day, you will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks to ensure variety in your work. **Responsibilities** + Pack products into boxes according to packing lists and box sizes + Weigh the packed boxes + Tape and label boxes + Place boxes on pallets for shipment + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks throughout the day **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others + High School Education + Ideally 6 months of warehouse, picking, or packing experience + Good communication skills + Ability to follow written work instructions in English **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School degree is a must + Must be able to speak and comprehend English due a safety test being administered **Why Work Here?** We have a strong track record of converting temporary workers to permanent employees, with over 200 temps having transitioned successfully. Steel-toed boots, safety gloves, and glasses are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.60/hr.
