As a Packaging Operator, you will monitor process equipment, troubleshoot unforeseen process events, and ensure that safety and quality remain top priorities in all activities. What We Offer: Health Benefits 401k Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree or higher preferred 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or a combination of related experience Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently What You’ll Do as a Packaging Operator: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance Complete daily and weekly tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and ensure repeatable results Monitor and troubleshoot process equipment to ensure continuous operation Communicate effectively with team members and management through shift handovers, daily production meetings, emails, action logs, and work orders Conduct quality inspections using basic lab equipment and SOPs as guidelines Maintain accurate written documentation for inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation tasks, batch and blending production, and basic maintenance activities Ensure proper sanitation and lubrication of machinery, equipment, storage bins, and workstations Report safety concerns and equipment issues to leadership promptly Follow all plant and safety policies, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
