In many of our locations, we offer team members: + Competitive compensation and recognition + Hybrid work environment and flexible approach to work + Retirement and financial savings options + Well-being and mental health support + Parental leave + Physical well-being initiatives and health insurance plans + Professional development opportunities + Volunteer opportunities _Please note, that this is 1 year fixed-term contract with possibility to develop within BIC after expiring._ **You main missions will be following:** + Manage technical data for the creation of new co-packed finished goods + Generate Logistics data (palettization, size, weight...) + Create Bills of material and co-packing instructions + Initiate artworks packaging workflows + Create and maintain the packaging database, including technical drawings and specifications + Support product and packaging switches in Bill of Materials + Act as an interface between packaging development, process and Quality teams in the site + Attend production trials at the factory and provide technical feedback to the packaging engineers, so that tests results are correctly analyzed + Make sure that the costs on Packaging Development invoices are aligned with agreed price grids **What you'll bring to BIC:** + Experience/education in working with data/supply chain/logistics + Strong attention to detail and enjoys working with data + Strong organization skills + Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems is a plus + Intermediate level of English, fluent Slovak **What We Offer:** + Annual bonus 10% based on performance + Travel allowance + Supplementary pension saving allowance + Lunch ticket fully paid by company + Flexible office hours + 2 extra sick days leave per year + Cellphone for private use in SK with data + After 3 years, employee can keep his laptop + 2 teambuilding’s + Christmas party + Quality BIC branded t-shirts, backpack, or another staff to employee + Coffee, Tea, Fruits for free BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
