Our client, a leading production and distributing company is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As an associate, you will be part of the packaging team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Packaging Associate** **Location: Morrisville, NC** **Pay Range:** **$15.75/hr** **Schedule:** **7PM-7AM (2-2-3 ROTATING SHIFT)** **What’s the Job?** + Responsible for placing materials in the correct sequences and to ensure the quality of packaging projects. + Perform hand collating, final assembly, and kit building as directed by the line lead. + Examine and visually inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the line lead. + Operate basic equipment under supervision, ensuring proper setup and operation. + Assists with staging jobs in advance for the next scheduled production run. **What’s Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. + Ability to lift or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods. + Effective customer service and interpersonal skills. + Basic proficiency in using internet and management information systems. **What’s in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. + Develop skills in quality control and production processes. + Weekly pay through direct deposit every Friday. + Healthcare, dental and more benefits after 90 days.
