These machines are Roll Forming machines, and the main products they are producing are metal shingles, siding, and gutters. Depending on which machine/product, you can expect to be working with 2-5 other Packagers. Each product is visually quality checked to ensure no manufacturing defects are present. **Responsibilities** + Work with others in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to details. + Make boxes, package, palletize, and move products. + Use power tools (drills, staple guns, and other pneumatic tools). + Learn several machines and work with different groups every day. + Perform visual quality checks on products to ensure no manufacturing defects. + Adapt to working with every machine and different individuals daily, with schedules posted two weeks in advance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing/production environment + Mechanically inclined + Hand and power tool experience + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide inches and pounds using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals + Ability to read and understand tape measures and calculators + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions + Ability to measure parts as part of quality checks + Bilingual (Spanish and English) **Why Work Here?** Eligible for up to 15% 401k match based on company performance (5% automatic match, up to 10% additional match with profit sharing based on company performance).
