You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 12 years of Industry experience * Working Knowledge of 3-4 IBP Modules (S&OP, Demand, Supply, Response & Control Tower) and CPI/SDI knowledge for integration is needed. * Preferably 2-3 years relevant domain. * Experience in leading customer/prospect demo and helping the sales team to win deals * Good communication skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Overall 12 plus years of SAP Consulting experience and as a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. * Proactively identify the Problems and fix required Maintain the documentation of all the previous and upcoming projects/enhancements along with AMS Support Team Maintain and Document the lesson learnt documents along with AMS team Help Validate the Solution/Approach/interactions along with AMS support team when requested by AMS team. * Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability, good understanding of business partner concept
