The Pacific Area Human Resources Department for the Church is seeking to appoint an Area Human Resource Operations Manager.  This is a permanent full-time position located in the Pacific Area Office, Auckland, New Zealand and the successful candidate will be required to work from this location.  You will be reporting to the Area Human Resource Manager.

This senior HR leadership role involves full people management responsibilities over a team of HR Generalists, supporting core HR operations for the Pacific Area while delivering exceptional customer service.  Demonstrate and possess expert knowledge, address complex issues, frequent collaboration with the workforce and key stakeholders across the organisation. The appointee will have the opportunity to pursue personal development for future career progression and diverse assignments within the HR field.
