Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a PAC-3 Quality Manager to join the Missile and Weapons Systems team located in Huntsville, AL! The Quality Manager will support 2nd shift operations for Patriot Advanced Capability -3 (PAC-3) Program.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees performing quality tasks and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycleDevelop quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plansProvides education and coaching on the Quality SystemAcquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reportsOversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibilityManages, develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher3+ years of experience analyzing nonconformance data and/or Nonconformance Management (NCM)Experience leading teamsExperience developing and delivering presentations to leadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience performing quality tasks and technical activitiesExperience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA)Experience with Advanced Product Quality PlanningDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $110,500 – $149,500
