Job Description

As a part of Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) Platform Services team, we support the organization to win business by enabling teams to deliver value streams faster and making sure site is reliable and resilience. This role will initially be focused on the migration of applications and services from the Legacy Data Centres to SSNC CloudResponsibilities:Your day-to-day work will consist of:
 Develop and maintain Infrastructure Automated build processes.Assess legacy applications and design target platform on SSNC Cloud, provision environments and facilitate migrations.Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and/or provide guidance to teams to develop their own pipelinesWork with teams in Thailand, India, US, UK, Ireland and more to support day-to-day request and provide guidance to teams on DevOps practices and toolsEnsure our system comply with regulatory, security and audit requirementsQualifications:Minimum QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field and a minimum of 6 years work experienceGood English communicationOperating system engineering expertise including Windows and LinuxCI/CD pipeline experience, preferably with GitHub ActionsInfrastructure as code experience, preferably with TerraformExperience with configuration management tools such as SALT or AnsibleExperience with binary and artifacts management such as JFrog ArtifactoryLogging and monitoring systems such as  Grafana, Promtail, Consul and LokiKubernetes, Helm and GitOps tool such as ArgoCDKubernetes administration experience is advantagedGood understanding of Microservices Architecture and Service MeshNice To HaveExpertise in at least one of programming languages, preferably PythonExpertise in post platform build configurations such as SQL installs, IIS builds, Software defined Networks.Experience in establishing effective monitoring and alerting, using tools like Grafana dashboards
