SS&C is the largest global investor service provider, servicing more than 55 million investors. Continually investing in global technology and services across the spectrum of distribution channels including: Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers and large financial institutions such as Banks and Insurers. Investor servicing is offered in many different countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. SS&C also services mutual fund structures in many other fund domiciles.

Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services.

About the Role

Work closely with business and IT team leads, peers, development teams, business analysts, and end users to implement and maintain appropriate controls.

Regularly participate in projects to onboard new technologies, apply existing or develop new controls.

Support Information Security programs which include governance (policy & standards), security enhancements, new security technology evaluation and testing.

Other key elements of the role include client communications, documentation, and security awareness.

Your Responsibilities

Maintaining MI for relevant governance forums.Raising and overseeing escalations for control failures.Facilitation of internal and external audit for related controls.Maintenance of the Control CI library.Participating in client audit representing control domains.Support management of IT audit points.Drive efficiency and automation of Compliance processFacilitate periodic reviews of controls to enable recertification processes to be completed and recordedCompliance of processes and controls with requirements of IT strategic risksDeliver education and group training sessions in relation to control processes.To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Your Experience

Essential

Experiencing with creating/managing groups/user accounts within Active DirectoryExperience with a regulatory risk and control framework (General IT Controls, COBIT, ISO27001, AAF, CASS, SOX)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation, undergoing continued change. Flexible and able toadapt to new situations as the business\IT demandsA consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards and maintains this despite competing pressures

Hands on Access Management experience for hosted and cloud based systemsITSM/ITIL Experience/QualificationExperience in documenting, developing, or implementing control processesExperience of working with senior Information Security, Compliance and Audit professionalsExperience in IT project deliveryKnowledge with IAM and PAM processes and controlsKnowledge of identity management systems including Active Directory and AWSExperience with tools (ie SQL, Powershell )
