Hiring Multiple EXPERIENCED Physician Assistants OR ANCC Accredited Nurse Practitioners to work a remote position managing in basket burden for on-site primary care providers 3-5 years clinical experience is required.

AANC Accredited Family Nurse Practitioners can apply as they do not require direct clinic hours to certify.

Remote workers are not eligible to work remotely from the following states: California and New York

Participate in call for second level triage, Monday through Friday 8-5 pmPrimarily remote position with occasional in person meetingsAttend initial in-person onboardingReviews patient records, messages, results, and history to assess their current health status and develop proper treatment plansIdentifies real or potential health problems and expected outcomes in response to management planReviews patient data with Physicians & APPs for proper treatmentCollaboration with the care team to provide guidance and outreach to patients and their caregiversOutreach to providers and staff for follow-upDocumentation of patient records and EHRComplete billable services such as but not limited to: E-VisitsParticipate in process improvement initiatives for the Inboxology programOther duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

Nurse Practitioner: 

Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan  CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)  CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  

Physician Assistant: 

Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants  CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
