We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- HRO
We’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for Employee Data Management, Recruitment Administration, helpdesk, Compensation Administration, Benefits Administration and Payroll supporting the client in one or more of the following areas
1) Recruitment Administration
a. Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP
b. Posting the job requestions to defined job sites as agreed in SOP
c. Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics
d. Create offer letter as per standardized templates
e. Request paperwork from candidates as per onboarding requirement
2) Employee Data Management
a. Update new hire records in the system
b. Update employee personal data changes which are not processed through Self Service
c. Update employee job data and organization data changes
d. Process separation and transfers in the system
3) Helpdesk
a. Respond to queries
b. Resolve and research queries as required
c. Maintain and update ready reckoner of all queries
d. Update case status on case management tool
4) Compensation Benefits Administration
a. Validate compensation data received from HR/Managers
b. Ensure compensation inputs are within guideline and approvals are in place
c. Update various compensation inputs - salary increases, bonus, incentives in HRIS/Compensation module
d. Perform audit on data entry
e. Send comp updates to payroll team
f. Generating letters (year-end)
g. Managing notifications
5) Payroll
a. Manage requests pertaining to Payroll data inputs - Hours, Earnings Deductions
b. Consolidate and share all inputs to payroll vendor
c. Run audits to ensure adherence to process guidelines

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate (preference commerce)
• 1-3 years of relevant HRO experience
•
Preferred qualifications
Should have good Communication Skills, Good Technical Knowledge in MS office tools
Should have E2E knowledge with work experience in HRO
HR - Basic / Intermediate. Preferred knowledge of Oracle HCM
Experience in handing queries as part of a helpdesk
Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc,
