Job Summary\:
The P/T Financial Services Assistant for TACAL programs is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial and student records in the Destiny One system. This position involves coordinating billing, collecting payments, and working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations for TACALC programs. The Financial Services Assistant will collaborate with embassies, third-party sponsors, and other units to support the program's financial health and assist with budget management and reconciliation tasks.
Required Education & Experience\:
Education\: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience\: 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related administrative roles.Required Skills & Abilities\:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Preferred
Experience with Destiny One, Banner, TU Marketplace
This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
