**Job Description:** + The P&L/Revenue Financial Data Analyst will support the finance team by managing promotional budget data, building and optimizing financial models, and enhancing automation of reporting. + The role requires expertise in handling large data sets, streamlining financial processes, and generating insights for leadership through comprehensive reports. **Responsibilities:** + Review and validate promo requests submitted in Salesforce to ensure alignment with approved promotional budgets. + Develop and optimize financial models for promo forecasting and budget tracking. + Analyze large datasets, drawing insights to support strategic decision-making. + Automate and enhance reporting processes using SQL and advanced Excel functions. + Analyze net revenue and promotional spend, providing insights for the leadership team. + Support data integration and systematization of financial processes. + Collaborate effectively within the team and across departments to improve financial operations. **Experience:** + Advanced Excel (including macros, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas). + Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and merging large datasets. + Experience with data modeling and automation. + Ability to optimize and automate financial processes. + Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. + Prior experience working in finance-related roles with exposure to P&L analysis is a plus. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
