The P&C System Trainer is responsible for conducting site visits and/or remote meetings with agency partners to deliver training on our systems, Epic/ Benefit Point, and/or AMS360 databases in preparation for conversion. The System Trainer is an integral part of the Transformation Team, perform planning and organization of system implementation and consultation, and communicating regularly with the team on progress.

What You'll Do Perform planning and organization of system implementation and consultation.Monitor progress and conduct needs analysis with assigned agencies.Update workflows and verify technical accuracy of documentation.Write, design, edit, and maintain documentation, training materials, job aids, and videos.Prepare/Verify the quality of training materials and documentation.Deliver onsite and/or remote training courses for introductory and intermediate-level users.Provide timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ requests for support and assistance. • Manage multiple projects at once with detailed plans and due dates. Demonstrate a strong, positive, customer service-oriented approach with interactions and in trainingactivities.Evaluate results and initiate changes to meet organization objectives.Willing to travel up to 70% domestically over the year through 2025 for training onsite. What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of Applied® Epic insurance agency management system experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Applied® Epic training experience.
• Working knowledge of Benefit Point, Indio®, CSR24®, Tarmika, Ivans and/or Epic Quotes®
preferred.
