Job Description

Overnight Housekeeping Houseperson 

Create the experience before the guest has even arrived. As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and that our guests Feel Welcome from the minute they step into their room.

Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure Housekeeping departmental standards are followedAssist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyMaintain inventory in the Housekeeping closetsRespond timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items ie: cribs, cots, extra towels etc.Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closetsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the tower closets and restroomsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policies

What you will be doing:

Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficientlyOffer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requestsOrganize and maintain inventory

Physical Demands

This position requires:

Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
