ResponsibilitiesOperations (65%):
Technical (50%):
Handle multiple clients independently
• Subject matter expert – in AP, AR, GL & US GAAP
• Should have client management & relevant exposure.
Need to understand clients’ business, understand all processes AP, O2C and others.
Critical thinking and to question on standard process
Handle month close and Financials preparation with 100% accuracy within the TAT.
Problem solving abilities
• Working knowledge of QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Yardi, Net-suite, Intacct, Expensify & Concur is preferable.
• Conduct regular team meetings, identity knowledge gaps and train the team members to improve their efficiency.
• Ensure that controls and processes/procedures are updated and strictly followed.
• Effectively manage and mitigate escalations and issues on timely manner with 100% quality.
• Ensure effective implementation of internal controls. Should identify gaps in the process and implement requisite control mechanism.
• Follow up and answer ad-hoc Client queries.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all the new clients and update the existing client’s SOP’s in case of any changes.
• Complete daily checklists and time sheets without any reminders.

• Assist, guide and mentor team members in meeting client deliverables, to improve their performance and help them grow better in the organization.
• Coordinate with other teams effectively in completing and handing off SLAs.
Detailed review and submission of deliverables to onshore/client with 100% quality and timeliness.
• Able to conduct training sessions for the team.
• Able to prepare presentations and lead meetings.
• Effectively manage client calls and queries in a professional manner.
• Manage handling escalations effectively, maintain log and plan/implement to mitigate them.
• Maintain all trackers updated with necessary data on time (keeping them live).
End Customer Satisfaction/ onshore team satisfaction (20%)
• Work hard towards providing subject matter knowledge wherever necessary for the client operations.
• Ensure to improve client/ onshore team satisfaction with 100% accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
• Participate in all calls/meeting between team, Client/ onshore team to help set the expectations right and clear any understanding gaps.
• Keep the Client/ onshore team informed about the expected delay with valid reasons thereof and share the revised timeline to complete the deliverable.
Process Improvements and Special Projects (15%)
• Monitor and review benchmark hours and track variance against actual Utilization.
• Identify efficiency gaps and Implement process improvements.
• Increase utilization per FTE through increased productivity and efficiency.
• Implement automation/process improvements which result in FTE and Cycle time save.
• Monitor IT related issues affecting the team and follow up with IT to ensure timely closure.
• Actively involve and contribute towards Special projects driven by Management.
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Qualification: B.com/M.com/MBA (Finance) (with 12-14 years of experience) or CA/CPA/ICWA (with 8-10 years of experience)
Range of Experience: 10 to 14 years of relevant experience
