WHAT YOU GET: PAY & BENEFITS
As an Outside Sales Rep, your hard work and success rate are reflected in your paycheck! You earn a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000/year and make commercial growth commissions as you close deals. There is no cap on your earning commissions! Make over $100,000/year with base + commission.

YOUR ROLE
Get ready to meet new people, forge new connections, and create new opportunities to succeed! Your primary goals are to identify possibilities for commercial sales and to close deals with these prospective clients. Always friendly and cheerful, you actively seek out leads by canvassing, cold calling, and scheduling appointments with commercial prospects. You execute selling programs and promotions as well as build relationships with prospects to convert leads into loyal customers. Taking the time to make each client feel heard, understood, and respected, you demonstrate why our company is the right choice!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management (CRM) system would be preferred.
