\n\n\n\tCorrectly set up, maintains, and closes the Expo window\n\tMonitors equipment in Expo area\n\tCompare tickets to products to ensure special requests have been filled\n\tBag all takeout orders according to standard, including proper bagging techniques, use of takeout checklist, and proper pachaging\n\tMonitor ticket times, product holding times, and make corrections to ensure food quality and assurance\n\tTray orders according to pivot point ordering\n\tFacilitate and expedite the flow of food from the kitchen to the guests\n\tOther duties as assigned by supervisor\n\tFollow all sanitation guidelines\n\tBecome familiar with new menu items/dishes\n\n\n

Job Requirements-

\n\n\n\tAbility to follow specific service times and guidelines at all times\n\tAbility to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time\n\tKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment preferred\n\tWork as a contributing member of a team and willing to help fellow team members as needed\n\tAbility to be on feet for extended period of time\n\tAbility to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs\n\tMust be reliable and dependable by adhering to schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts\n\tMust have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate or be able to obtain\n\n\n
