*Expo:* * Correctly set up, maintains, and closes the Expo window * Monitors equipment in Expo area * Compare tickets to products to ensure special requests have been filled * Bag all takeout orders according to standard, including proper bagging techniques, use of takeout checklist, and proper pachaging * Monitor ticket times, product holding times, and make corrections to ensure food quality and assurance * Tray orders according to pivot point ordering * Facilitate and expedite the flow of food from the kitchen to the guests * Other duties as assigned by supervisor * Follow all sanitation guidelines * Become familiar with new menu items/dishes *Job Requirements-* * Ability to follow specific service times and guidelines at all times * Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time * Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment preferred * Work as a contributing member of a team and willing to help fellow team members as needed * Ability to be on feet for extended period of time * Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs * Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts * Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate or be able to obtain *S&J Enterprises DBA Buffalo Wild wings* nullnull
