Here's what you'll be doing:

Develop and execute a plan to grow the fleet departmentIdentify and develop new commercial business prospectsService accounts in person and via phone, looking for incremental growth opportunitiesAchieve or exceed established sales goals set by managerAssess customer wholesale inventory needs and offer solutionsAddress any and all service issues for customersDeliver a best in class customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growthHandle all administrative duties related to fleet salesEnsure that all company services available to fleet customersMaintain contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding processSolicit commercial fleet accountsEnsure quality deliveries of all fleet salesAct as source for national and local courtesy deliveries (supplying specifications as needed for orders)Provide out-of-stock service for fleet accounts and local leasing companies in conjunction with managerSupply manager with monthly forecasts of fleet vehicle deliveriesFollow up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease company, and commercial account vehicles routinely

Here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum of 1 year of commercial/fleet sales experience preferredTwo years of automotive sales experience preferredMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.SHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid in-state driver’s license
