The Outreach Specialist is responsible for screening individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Identify program participants through street, community-based and shelter outreachComplete Intakes and Assessments

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience with outreach (including street and community-based outreach)Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness and struggle with mental health and substance use issuesDesire to work with individuals within underserved populations

Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 4:30p EST
