Our outreach team works to strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers, ensuring timely and effective patient transfers. The **Outreach Manager** plays a key role in implementing ALNW’s strategic outreach plans in Southwest Washington, developing targeted referral strategies, and tracking key outreach metrics to enhance patient care access. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** + _Lead Outreach & Referral Development_ – Manage the ALNW outreach team and oversee the referral development program in Washington, analyzing patient flight requests and aligning strategies to increase referrals. + _Strategic Collaboration & Community Engagement_ – Partner with ALNW base staff to develop outreach tactics, support community events, landing zone clinics, and assist with clinical education offerings. + _Data-Driven Performance & Reporting_ – Track outreach activities in the CRM tool, develop local systems to support strategic outreach, and regularly communicate progress, trends, and feedback across all three regions. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Execution of ALNW outreach tactics throughout Washington and Alaska + Analysis of market data using ALNW data sources and market data. + Collaboration with local staff and management in managing outreach projects and regular communication with requestors. + Organize attendance at local hospital trauma advisory boards, state trauma meetings, and other meetings pertinent to the mission. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field **_Two – three years experience:_** + In the process, flow, and operations of sales and outreach. + In developing and analyzing prospect lists, cold calling, developing customer relationships, and identifying and meeting customer needs.OR + An equivalent of education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. **ABOUT AIRLIFT NORTHWEST** Airlift Northwest is dedicated to providing safe, efficient and compassionate air medical transport for critically ill and injured infants, children and adults, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
