Outpatient Behavioral Health Masters Level Clinician I

Schedule: Tue 12pm-8pm, Wed-Sat 9am-5pm

Salary: $71,780 - $78,480 / year (depending upon education / license)

New Hire Sign-on bonus: $4,000; $1333 upon completion of 30 days, $1333 upon completion of 6 months, $1334 upon completion of 12 months

The Behavioral Health Clinician (Licensed / License Eligible) is a licensed or licensed eligible clinician who will provide evidence-based outpatient therapeutic interventions to people experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders and/ or behavioral health concerns.

The Behavioral Health Clinician is part of a comprehensive team of clinicians, bachelor level counselors, recovery coaches, and peers who provide a full range of services to children, adults, families, and/or groups in need either in person, in the community and/or by telehealth.

The Behavioral Health Clinician:

Performs patient and family-centered clinical assessments and evaluations and engage the client and family in the treatment planning process. Collaborates with the MCI and CCS CBHC teams by participating in clinical huddles, treatment planning, referrals, case reviews and other mechanisms to ensure care is coordinated. Maintains an appropriate caseload of clients, with a frequency of interventions, that supports the client's specific needs as reflected in the treatment plan. Ensures recordkeeping/documentation is in accordance with internal and external requirements and regulations. Coordinates treatment and care with other providers, including for example, primary care, medical specialists, or other programs like day treatment. Works as liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sources. Participates in educational trainings, seminars, grand and clinical rounds. Ensures compliance with regulatory and contracted payor requirements. Provides after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other program staff. Performs other related duties, as assigned.

About the model: Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services provides adult and youth with onsite and community-based outpatient behavioral health therapy, mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and psychopharmacology including medication assisted treatments. Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services are designed to support individuals and families in the community, reduce use of emergency rooms for behavioral health crisis, increase flexibility of service delivery, and provide seamless access to outpatient, urgent and crisis interventions, increased social supports and community-based staff.
