Outlet Manager role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operations of a specific outlet, ensuring profitable operations and achievement of business goalsAccurately forecast business demands and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with management to develop and execute effective marketing plansMaintain an up-to-date manning schedule to ensure optimal staffing levelsOversee regular preventative maintenance to keep the outlet in excellent conditionUphold and enforce outlet safety and sanitation standardsLead by example through a 'hands-on' approach to motivate team members to excelManage team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedbackIdentify training needs and develop comprehensive training programmes for supervisors and team membersDeliver training in an effective manner to maximise guest satisfaction and team member developmentFoster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high moraleImplement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent product and service standardsManage inventory levels and supplier relationships to optimise costs and maintain product qualityAnalyse financial reports and key performance indicators to drive business growthHandle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfactionStay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesParticipate in budgeting processes and manage outlet expenses within allocated budgetsOrganise and oversee special events or promotions to drive additional revenue

Qualifications

 

College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management rolePassion for leadership and teamwork.Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.Excellent guest service skills.
