What will I be doing?

\n\n

As an Outlets Manager you will be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.

\n\n

Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tManage Food & Beverage service operations\n\tMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\n\tRecruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant Team\n\tManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\n\tWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food costs and Payroll\n\tDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenue\n\tAssist to develop menus\n\tBe accountable for monthly stock takes\n\tIncentivise Team Members to maximize sales and revenue\n\tSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\n\tEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\n
