Make outbound sales calls for Travel Insurance Agent must be skilled to sell top up Travel Insurance and where applicable answer enquires handle complaints troubleshoot problems and provide information
Duties and Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to customer base
Sell customers &ldquotop up&rdquo travel insurance where applicable
Work to monthly sales targets
Promote excellent customer service
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Complete call logs and wrap up call correctly with correct call outcome
Requirements
Matric certificate
FAIS Credits
RE Exam
Previous Insurance experience would be an advantage
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency in English and Afrikaans preferably
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Experience in a call center or customer service environment
Sales experience
Good data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
