In the Outbound Sales Advisor role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with both new and existing Samsung customers, assisting them with product selection and providing tailored business solutions that meet their specific needs. You will actively listen to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend the most suitable products to support their business objectives. This role requires building strong relationships, closing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:
Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, including businesses and individuals, to introduce our products, promotions, and services. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our electronics products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to effectively communicate and persuade customers. Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs through conversation and actively recommend solutions based on their requirements and preferences. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through excellent communication and follow-ups. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators) on a consistent basis. CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, track sales progress, and update CRM system to ensure customer details are up to date. Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the wider B2B Sales Team to enhance customer engagement and overall sales results.What we are looking for:
